I have played tennis on and off for a few years. I like to play socially. I am past the beginner stage but wouldn't call myself an intermediate just yet. I need to play a couple of times to judge exactly what level I'd be classed as. I can hit, and fairly well. I'm looking for someone relatively near me who would also like to start slow, maybe play a set to start with and see how things develop.
