I'm 71, been playing off and on since I was 13. I'm an intermediate player. I plan on moving to the Waterford area early 2018 and have one question. Are there any public tennis courts in Waterford? In Ireland? Everything tennis related seems to be isolated in private clubs. I lived in Ecuador for 6 years and USA before that, and I've NEVER had to pay money To play tennis. is that about to change?
